Frontier Airlines flights between Denver and Cabo San Lucas / Los Cabos will be doubled from May this year, the airline recently announced.
The airline in a statement said that it will add a second weekly flight to its existing nonstop summer service between Denver and Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos from May 23 to August 8, 2012. The additional weekly flight will operate on Wednesdays.
This will be in addition to the year-round service already being offered on Saturdays.
An enhanced Cabo San Lucas schedule is also operated by Frontier Airlines during the winter months. The airline operates eight flights weekly from December through April as part of its winter schedule.
David Siegel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Airlines, said that the additional service on the Cabo San Lucas route is being introduced following strong demand by customers.
The airline will deploy a 138-seat Airbus 319 aircraft to operate the expanded Denver-Cabo San Lucas service.

Denver-Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos
Departure: 8.36 am – Arrival: 11.39 am – Frequency: Wednesday and Saturday – Aircraft: A319
Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos-Denver
Departure: 12.30 pm – Arrival: 3.33 pm – Frequency: Wednesday and Saturday – Aircraft: A319
