Services Liability Release

By using Cabo Amazing services I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I may present the confirmation number to the vendor in order to voluntarily participate in the activity described on the confirmation mail.

The Vendor is an independent service Provider and is not an agent, representative, employee or partner of Cabo Amazing.

The Activity may involve a variety of risks including possibly physical injury or dead, and I voluntarily and knowlingly assume any and all such risks that may be associated with the Activity.

Cabo Amazing assume no liability or responsibility for any accident, damage, injury or loss I may suffer in connection with my participation in the Activity. I will indemnify, defend and hold Cabo Amazing harmless against any damage, injury, loss or expense (including court costs and attorneys’ fees) that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from my participation in the Activity. 

The above release language shall extend to my domestic partner, spouse, children and or any minors under my supervision that may participate in the activity. This release language shall also blind my estate, heirs, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives.

I agree that the above release language and any claim or action directly or indirectly arising from my participation in the Activity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Baja California Sur and / or Mexico. Venue for any such claim or action shall be the court of competent jurisdiction located nearest to the Cabo Amazing location. The terms of this release language shall be severable so that, if a court of competent jurisdiction deems any portion of such lancguage as illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected.
